SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Area
RILEVO ships from warehouses located in the United States. We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery availability for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories may vary based on item size and carrier service.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after an order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.
